This policy explains how Giraffe Digital ("we") handles information in the Giraffe Reply Chrome extension and this website.

What we access

When you click a Giraffe button in Gmail, the extension reads the email thread you have open and the text in your draft, so it can generate a reply or rewrite. We request only the Gmail permissions needed for this. We do not scan your inbox in the background.

How we use it

Content is processed to produce the draft you asked for and is not kept after the request completes, except optional tone samples you save, which are stored to personalize drafts. Account and billing details (email, subscription status) are used to provide the service.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising. We do not use Gmail content to train general-purpose models. Use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We use a payment processor (Creem) for subscriptions and AI/hosting providers to generate drafts. They process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can uninstall the extension at any time and ask us to delete your account data by emailing yg8862@gmail.com.
